What You’ll Do

• Be the Face of Tagg-N-Go – Greet customers with a smile, listen to their needs, and make them feel welcome.
• Drive Sales Through Service – Share the benefits of memberships and passes, explain pricing and promotions, and guide customers toward the option that fits them best.
• Guide Customers Through Options – Assist at the pay station, answer questions, and help set up accounts with ease.
• Keep It Smooth – Prepare vehicles for the wash, push in mirrors, check truck beds, and spot any problem areas.
• Safety First – Direct drivers safely into the tunnel and ensure a secure environment.
• Maintain Site Cleanliness – Keep our location looking sharp inside and out.
• Support the Team – Jump in where needed, report issues to management, and keep things running strong.
