The sparkling clean car wash team at TigerWash is seeking a motivated Site Manager to manage operations at our Long Street location. We have been serving the area with our shiny new car wash and could not be more excited! We are a fast-paced, growing division with opportunities for creativity and advancement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operations of TigerWash express tunnel site.

· Manage a team of 10-15 employees.

· Supervise employees to include hiring, training, and scheduling.

· Drive monthly wash club membership sales.

· Support marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

· Strong leader of teams with previous managerial experience

· Effective oral and written communication skills

· Comfortable around large equipment

· Truly enjoys working with customers and employees.

· Flexible schedule availability

Requirements

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Able to work outside and stand for extended periods of time

• Capable of sitting and operating a vehicle for extended periods of time

• Capable of using power tools and operating large machinery as needed

• Able to work in a loud, wet environment due to various machinery and equipment

• Capable of being in contact with chemicals in cleaning agents

• Able to read and understand various signage, instructions, and related paperwork
