Your Mission: As a Card Services Specialist, you'll be the captain of our debit and credit card programs, ensuring smooth sailing for all related services. You'll support the Manager of Card Services, handle disputes, settlements, and file postings, and keep our members smiling with accurate and efficient service.
What You'll Do:
Member Sales and Service Support: Be the friendly face of OceanAir, promoting world-class experiences for our members.
Card Maintenance and Transactions: Create travel notifications, post transactions, and perform general card maintenance. You'll be the go-to person for all card-related inquiries!
Reports and Reconciliation: Keep things shipshape by reviewing reports, sending updates to Visa, and providing monthly and annual income and expense reports.
Member Resolution: Engage with members to resolve disputes and protect their assets from fraud. You'll be their hero in times of need!
Vendor Relations: Maintain smooth sailing with all card-related vendors like Visa, MAP, Amplifi, and BDI.
Compliance and Security: Stay up to date on policies and procedures, and provide security reports when necessary.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency with tools and applications used by the Card Services Department, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate messages professionally and effectively.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail when reviewing documents and performing compliance testing.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of Credit Union/Banking experience
