Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with invasive procedures: cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, pacemaker implants, stents, and more
  

• Collect and document clinical data including vitals, labs, allergies, and patient history
  

• Initiate and maintain IV lines and oxygen per physician orders
  

• Utilize sterile techniques and assist with post-procedure discharge instructions
  

• Perform EKG monitoring and glucometer testing
  

• Operate radiographic equipment and produce diagnostic imaging (ARRT only)
  

• Administer moderate sedation and cardiac medications under direct supervision during procedures
  

• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate and communicate care plans
  

• Educate patients and caregivers on pre/post-procedure care
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  

• Current Ohio radiographer license and ARRT certification
  

• Preferred: Advanced ARRT registry in CV, CI, or VI
  

• Current AHA BLS certification (required)
  

• ACLS certification (required within 1 year)
  

• RCIS certification (preferred)
  

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  

• On-call rotation: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks
  

• Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
