This position will focus on increasing, establishing, and carrying out strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.\n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n\u25cf Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the region to enhance competitive position and meet customer needs in coordination with Cardiac Diagnostic\u2019s sales and business plans.\n\n\u25cf Evaluate market and customer trends within the region and adjust plans and strategies to maintain and expand opportunities for sales and margin growth.\n\n\u25cf Recruit, direct, and develop all W-2 and contract sales force members (Sales Team) within the region to drive individual and group performance.\n\n\u25cf Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for Sales Team.\n\n\u25cf Continually evaluate assigned Sales Team and ensure maximum coverage for the customers and prospects in your region to enhance market penetration.\n\n\u25cf Proactively monitor and report on issues affecting the region, including competitive pressures, talent, recruiting, market/industry movements, and other business and/or customer challenges that impact regional performance.\n\n\u25cf Ensure effective distribution of products in the region, including adequate inventory management.\n\n\u25cf Consistently work to improve personal knowledge and sales management skills to become of greater value to current and potential customers.\n\n\u25cf Travel with each of your Sales Team as needed to provide coaching and selling techniques to the Sales Team. Ensure the Sales Team is proficient at selling the entire product line to all accounts.\n\n\u25cf At a minimum, develop solid business relationships in your top 20 accounts.\n\n\u25cf Manage and control expenses to budget and to maximize return on investment. Expense reports for you and your W-2s must be submitted within 30 days of event.\n\n\u25cf Support Cardiac Diagnostic\u2019s asset management goals, particularly with respect to monitor utilization.\n\n\u25cf Ensure that their conduct and the conduct of their team is in accordance with and compliant toward all BSC applicable instructions and regulations.\n\n \n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired qualifications:\n\n\u25cf Minimum of 5 years\u0027 experience in medical sales\n\n\u25cf Minimum of 3 years\u0027 experience in sales management\n\n \n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\n\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in a business-related field / MBA highly desirable\n\n\u25cf Experience effectively selling/managing in academic medicine environments\n\n\u25cf Thorough understanding of reimbursement models and ICD-10/CPT codes in the practice management process\n\n\u25cf Demonstrated track record for sales growth and new business development\n\n\u25cf Strong/expert knowledge of major competitors in the medical device arena\n\n\u25cf Effective communication, coaching, and presentation skills\n\n\u25cf Working knowledge of the managed care environment and CMS Local Coverage Determinations is desirable\n\n\u25cf Effective working knowledge of EMR that can be leveraged to drive business growth and familiarity with EMR providers is desirable\n\n\u25cf Must be able to travel 75% of the time\n\nRequisition ID: 627363\n\nThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $100,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
