Cardiac Medical Assistant Supervisor

Summary: Manages the Medical Assistants, as well as the monitoring device clinic. Assisting PCC’s and other duties as assigned.

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting on floor in a Medical Assistant capacity, as needed


• Place, track, receive, and report on holters and event monitors


• Obtain ECG’s, both while performing MA duties as well as in relation to the Holter and event monitors


• Hook patient up for ECG treadmill for stress testing


• Input patient information into the EHR


• Ordering and tracking inventory for all Medical/Clinic Supplies


• Assist with overseeing and management of MA’s


• Training and onboarding new MA’s that come into the practice
