Cardiac Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Cardiac Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent opportunity in Sanford, Florida.

The Cardiac Neuro Tele RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex cardiac and neurological conditions in a medical telemetry setting. This role supports patients recovering from stroke, cardiac events, and post-cardiac procedures while prioritizing patient safety, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing observation, assessment, and evaluation of patients with cardiac and neurological conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed providers.

• Monitor telemetry, cardiac rhythms, and neurological status, intervening appropriately for changes in condition.

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and clinical priorities.

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and recovery expectations.

• Promote patient safety, wellness, and satisfaction in a fast-paced medical telemetry environment.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range (Based on Experience)

• $30.75/hour (minimum)

• $34.87/hour (approximately 5 years of experience)

• $39.04/hour (approximately 10 years of experience)

• $44.68/hour (17+ years of experience)

Shift Differentials

• Night shift: $4.50/hour

• Weekend shift: $1.50/hour

Sign-On Bonus

• $10,000 – Day Shift

• $15,000 – Night Shift

Additional Information

• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license for the position you are applying for.

• Florida RN license required; compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 90 days of hire.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience required.

• Telemetry and cardiac nursing experience required.

• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.

• Strong cardiac monitoring, neurological assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
