We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Cardiac Nurse III to join our team in 3W Medical-Surgical department located at 11190 Health Park Blvd, Naples, FL, 34110. In this role, you will independently plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in patient care situations using standards of care, policy, and procedure. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable with patient care duties.
Develops plans that include strategies to attain expected outcomes
Implements the plan of care interventions and medical plan of care as appropriate
Employs patient teaching to promote health and safety
Evaluates progress toward outcomes
Practices ethically
Integrates evidence and research finding into practice
Demonstrates leadership in the professional practice setting
Collaborates with patient, family, the inter-professional team, and others in the conduct of nursing practice
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
