We are seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in Middlebury, VT. The ideal candidate will possess experience in conducting echocardiograms, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include performing echo exams as ordered, employing proper ultrasound techniques, and collaborating with medical staff to uphold standards. Strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential
Qualifications
 

Must-Haves

1 RDCS from ARDMS, CCI OR CRCS by CARDUP required within one year of hire.

2 Ability to work in fast paced environment

3 Effective communication and organization skills

 

Essential Skills:

• Certification as RDCS (ARDMS), RCS (CCI), or CRCS (CARDUP) required within one year of hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Technical Skills:

• Maintain echocardiography services to industry standards.
• Ensure daily technical operation of the laboratory.
• Position and instruct patients for procedures.
• Copy studies to disc as needed for review.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Participate in professional educational programs.
