Cardio Diagnostics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the Cardio Diagnostics Department
• Supervise and mentor sonographers and staff in performing diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administration to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of hands-on ultrasound experience in echocardiography
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) preferred or registry eligible
• Must obtain RDCS/RCS certification within 14 months of hire if not already certified
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a healthcare or diagnostic imaging setting
