Cardio Diagnostics Manager

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Cardio Diagnostics Manager to lead a vital clinical function within our expanding healthcare team. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the operations of the Cardio Diagnostic Services department
• Perform and oversee diagnostic testing of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems
• Collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnosis and patient care
• Maintain departmental performance improvement and CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) standards
• Assist in budget formulation and ensure resource optimization
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring excellence in service and compliance
• Perform hands-on echocardiographic procedures when needed

Required Qualifications

12 years of ultrasound experience in echocardiography
RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification preferred; registry required within 14 months of hire
Current BLS certification
At least 3 years of prior experience in department-level management

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
