• Phone Consults: Yes, As Needed

• Admissions: Hospital Consult Service Only

• Rounding Included: Yes, Hospital Consult Rotation as Needed

• % of Practice: Approximately 75% Outpatient Clinic / 25% Stress Test Supervision & Consult Services

• Physician in Practice: Solo Practice Model

• Support Staff: APP Support Through September, Nursing and Cardiology Staff

• Specialty Backup: Rochester Regional Cardiology Network

• Case Mix: General Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging, Stress Testing, Hospital Consults

• Procedures:

- Outpatient Cardiology Evaluations

- Stress Test Supervision

- Nuclear Stress Test Interpretation (Preferred)

- Cardiac Imaging Review

- Hospital Cardiology Consults

• Office Equipment: Standard Cardiology Clinic Equipment

• Trauma Level: Adult Level III/IV Trauma Facility

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

Provider will float between two facilities
• Primary Locations:

- Outpatient Clinic & Stress Test Supervision: Massena Hospital, Massena, NY

- Hospital Consult Service: Canton -Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, NY

• Hospital Privileges Available: Yes

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered

Requirements:

• BC

• Active NY

• Epic Experience

• AHA or RQI Certifications Required

• 5+ Years Experience Preferred

• Comfortable Working in a Solo Practice Environment
