In addition to Nebraska Heart Hospital, providers collaborate with CHI Health St. Elizabeth, a 258-bed regional medical center serving southeast Nebraska. As our Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you will join CHI Health Cardiovascular Institute and Nebraska Heart Institute in Lincoln, Nebraska, and become part of a highly respected cardiovascular team dedicated to delivering exceptional heart and vascular care throughout the region. This position offers the opportunity to develop meaningful patient relationships while practicing in a collaborative outpatient environment focused on high-quality cardiovascular care.
Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care, manage your own patient panel, collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary team members, and help patients navigate the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of cardiovascular disease.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cardiovascular medicine. You will also demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-based care model.
