- Weekly rotations between clinic & hospital

• % of Practice: 50% IP, 50% OP

• Patient Volume: 15 -18 (OP), 8 -15 (IP)

• Physicians in Practice: 4

• Support Staff: MA, Triage RN team, Device clinic staff

• Specialty Back -up: General & Invasive Cardio, Electrophysiology

• Beds in the Dept: 172

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info: 3 month assignment w/ the possibility of extension.

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active OR License/willing to obtain

• BC

• DEA

• At least 1 yr cardiology exp (as NP)

• Self -Query NPDB report (obtained within 30 days)

• Meets criteria for Medical Staff/Allied Health Professional membership & privilege
