REQUIRED PROCEDURES

CABG, Thoracic surgery; Vascular procedures (preferred but not required)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licenses: Active Ohio Medical License
Certifications: ACLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Round on inpatients on the Cardiothoracic Surgery service daily.
Be on call for emergent procedures, responding within required timeframe.
Perform CABG and thoracic surgeries as needed.
Conduct clinic visits (10-12 patients) when covering for regular surgeon.
Manage inpatient census of 4-6 patients and coordinate care with support staff.
