JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Cardiovascular Technician

Cardiovascular Technician candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

• The cardiovascular technologist assists with all procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab including scrubbing, circulating, recording and monitoring patient status to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Cardiovascular Technician candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• 1 Year of Recent (Within the last year) ACUTE CARE Cath Lab Tech experience required!

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• ARRT registered or RCIS certification within 3 years of hire, if not a Rad Technologist with ARRT.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
