      - Oct 13-17, 20-24, 29-31
      - Nov 17-21, 24-26, 28
      - Dec 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-31
      - Ongoing; Jan 26 - Jul 26
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Shift Schedule: Tue-Thu; 8a-4:30p
• Call Schedule: Nights & Weekends
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Ratio: 1:4
• Call Response Time: 20 mins
• Phone Consults: 5 per night
• Patient Volume: 8-15
• Rounding Included: Yes
• Duties:
      - Surgery & OR call.
      - Would not admit but does the H&P, etc.
      - Do CTs, etc, but do not do Vascular Surgery cases; Just pure CT surgery practice.
      - Overnight call, Pt call, OR help, weekend help.
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• MO License or willing to obtain
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
