Cards & Payments Specialist - Wauchula office

Crews Bank & Trust is looking for a Cards & Payments Specialist....

The Cards & Payments Specialist position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to support our customer base along with our internal teams. The Cards Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the bank's debit card products, instant issuance, and settlement. This includes monitoring and reporting fraud trends, managing dispute processing and completing tasks related to the Regulation E process.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one or more years of Banking Experience
• Two years of Data Processing, Bookkeeping, Customer Service, or Card Management preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines such as BSA, Reg E, OFAC and bank procedure
• Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
