Job Description - Care Concierge


 

RAH Holdings, LLC. and all its subsidiaries including Remain at Home Senior Care, (RAHSC), Twilight Health, Nuclear Workers Institute of America (NWIA) and Comprehensive Therapy and Rehab (CTR) act independently to provide resources and services to former and current workers eligible for the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). The Unifi Care Concierge (UCC) is responsible for creating and supporting a positive environment between company entities while displaying a personal commitment to the Company’s vision and values.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and engaging individual to join our UCC team in our Richland, Washington location. 

The major focuses of the Unifi Care Concierge’s position are marketing and potential client development. UCCs are also responsible for assisting current clients of RAH Holdings, LLC (including RAHSC, Twilight HC, and NWIA) with all non-clinical issues. They play a necessary role in ensuring the client’s overall satisfaction with the services provided. The UCC ensures that continuity of care is provided for each client by coordinating resource utilization, both within the company and the community. UCCs provide support for Company staff as well as client families. All UCCs must display a strong commitment to the company’s vision and strive to promote a positive image within the community.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and foster relationships within the community, organizations and outside program resources.

• Utilize community venues for marketing in target areas.

• Assist potential and current clients with general information as it relates to potential

benefits. Display proficient knowledge of the EEOICPA and related programs. Become

familiar with program policies and procedures and keep abreast of all regulatory changes.

• Effectively communicate with and maintain professional working relationships with

management and care teams including all RAH, Twilight, NWIA, and CTR employees, etc.

• Organize and attend company events including community events, educational lunches and public relations that promotes the company’s role as an effective provider of DOL EEOICPA programs.

• Develop relationships with physicians and providers. Provide education related to EEOICPA benefits and program eligibility.

• Treat current and prospective company clients and families with absolute customer service and compassion with close communication, friendly service, and the utmost professionalism.

• Demonstrate complete understanding of HIPPA laws and regulations. Practice complete

discretion while in the community and while communicating with clients.

• Provide accurate, timely, up-to-date information via QuickBase documentation/UCC notes.

• Assist with client needs (such as DME, pharmacy, transportation, home health, Physical and Respiratory therapy, impairments, etc.) Work to resolve any client issues.

• Participate in training and education as it relates to your position. Be knowledgeable of

company policies and procedures

• Cultivate client relationships and create a strong bond with the client and their family.

• Be familiar with and aware of competitors operating within your target area. Remain in

close contact with your client and continue to follow them throughout their time on service

with the company.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and exhibit the appropriate behaviors expected to maintain and promote a cohesive work environment.


Requirements

Education, Training, and Skill Recommendations/Requirements:

• 1 year marketing and/or customer service

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, multi-task, and prioritize

responsibilities

• Must be professional, courteous, compassionate, and customer oriented

• Excellent computer and internet skills.

• Ability to travel and assist clients with appointments as needed.

• Valid state driver's license, vehicle and insurance required.

• Abide by and promotes all Company Policies & Procedures.

Salary Description

$60,000 per year
