GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate professional to join our team as a Care Coordinating Manager. In this role, you’ll be the link between caregivers, clients, and our internal team—ensuring that every client receives the right care at the right time.
You’ll manage caregiver scheduling and availability, respond quickly to staffing needs, and collaborate with Client Service Managers to ensure smooth daily operations. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll build and nurture relationships with caregivers, help match them to the right cases based on skills and location, and ensure they have everything they need to deliver excellent care. You’ll also log updates in our system, address scheduling changes with urgency, and assist with payroll or caregiver file updates when needed. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with Client Service Managers and the Director of Nursing to resolve issues, support caregivers, and maintain a high level of service for our clients.
