Job Description - Care Coordinator

Background: The Army National Guard need Medical and Dental Non-clinical Case Management and administrative Care Coordinator staffing in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR).
Job Title: Care Coordinator.
Location: Cottage Grove Armory, 8180 Belden Blvd., Cottage Grove, MN
Schedule: 06:00-17:00, Monday through Friday
Qualifications:

HS diploma,
Three years of equivalent experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Familiar with Microsoft 365 and similar platforms.

Duties:

Assembling and processing a total of 5,000 Mobility (MOB) packets for the soldiers.
Manage the processing and documentation Medical waivers.
Managing documentation and administrative tasks associated with hearing tests, hearing protection, and hearing-related medical evaluations for soldiers.
