Strategic

Matchmaking Assess care plans and caregivers’ skills/availability to build schedules that meet (and exceed!) client needs.

Relationship

Builder Be a friendly, patient voice for clients, families, and care staff—listening first (listening is so important!), responsive, and following up until the loop is closed (usually means everyone is informed).

Multitasking

Maestro Juggle incoming requests, last-minute changes, and rotating after-hours on-call duties without dropping a beat.

Data Champion Enter rock-solid details in WellSky (our CRM) so scheduling flows seamlessly into payroll, invoicing, and compliance reports.

Continuous

Improver Spot gaps, propose solutions, and collaborate with the office team to keep raising our standard of care.

What You’ll Bring

· High-school diploma or GED required; some college coursework required, associate degree preferred.

· 2+ years of office, scheduling, or customer-service experience (health-care or senior-care setting preferred).

· Hands-on familiarity with CRMs—bonus points for WellSky.

· Lightning-fast decision making ability, calm under pressure, and confidentiality/excellent work ethic required.

· A servant-leader mindset: you’re equally happy collaborating with colleagues and taking initiative solo.

· Genuine empathy for older adults, people with disabilities, and the caregivers who support them.
