Care Coordinator and Scheduler

This position is responsible for staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by field staff members who are working in the homes of clients.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for scheduling Caregivers to provide services.
• Maintains clear, concise documentation.
• Must be willing to do occasional field staffing
• Responsible for some initial face to face visits.
• Performs other duties deemed necessary.
• Fast-paced and occasionally stressful work environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a professional manner 

• Must work well both independently and in a group setting 
• Prior office experience 
• Professional appearance  
• Proficiency with Excel and Word 
• Excellent attendance and punctuality  

• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task 
• Excellent Communication Skills 
• Positive, Professional attitude
