Job Description:

- Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents at Silver Creek assisted living facility 

- Administer medications and assist with medical needs (med techs preferred).

- Support residents with daily activities and personal care.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.

- Follow care plans and ensure residents' well-being and comfort.

Skills:

- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare.

- Medication administration skills (med techs preferred).

- Compassionate and patient demeanor.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
