Job Description - Care Tech - PRN Nights - Telemetry III

 Pre-Employment Requirements:

 


  •  We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.


Education Requirements:

 


  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

  • Applicant must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in Alabama, Certified Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, EMT, or currently enrolled in a nursing program. If enrolled in a nursing program, completion of Fundamentals of Nursing is a requirement, and documentation is required.


Responsibilities:

 


  • Must be dependable, hardworking, and a team player with a good attitude and professional behavior.

  • Applicants will be responsible for vital signs, assisting nursing personnel, and helping patients with basic daily needs.

  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently.
