What You’ll Need:
About the Role:
To identify and secure job placement by matching the person’s employment skill level with their job interest. To develop career advancement opportunities for people supported through the Charles Lea Industries and Services and South Carolina Department of Social Services. To initiate and manage referrals and outreach opportunities to support employment skill training with competitive employment being the overall goal.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position provides employment training and support in day program settings, community work sites, and other community-based environments. Regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, copiers, and filing systems, is required.
Employees must be able to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing, and regularly stand, walk, sit, reach, and use their hands to perform job duties.
The role may require lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with the transfer and positioning of individuals as needed to support program participants. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Travel
Travel for recruiting, meeting and job placement efforts is required.
