The South Bay Workforce Investment Board, Inc. (SBWIB, Inc.) is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dedicated Job Developer to spearhead job development efforts for our Reentry Programs under the Partners for Reentry Opportunities in Workforce Development (PROWD) initiative. This position focuses on connecting justice-involved individuals with meaningful employment opportunities to support their reintegration into the community. The ideal candidate is passionate about workforce development, committed to advocating for justice-involved populations, and experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with employers. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively. The candidate must demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach while securing quality job placements and supportive services for individuals returning from incarceration.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position (40 hours/week), generally with a starting pay rate of $24.52 - $31.93 per hour, commensurate with experience. SBWIB, Inc. offers a comprehensive employee benefits package, which includes:
