Competitive Starting Pay: $18.50 - $19.25/hr (based on a skills test)
Overtime: Earn up to $28.87/hr!

Work Hours That Fit Your Life:

Full-time & Part-time Shifts
Flexible weekday and weekend schedules.
Must have a minimum of 16 hours per week of availability.
We’ll work with you to find a schedule that works best for your lifestyle!

Where You’ll Work:
Your work will take you to wonderful places, including Napa, Sonoma, Yountville, American Canyon, and surrounding areas. Our main office is in Vacaville, CA, but you’ll only need to visit for interviews, orientation, 90-day check-ins, and annual reviews. Everything else is spent out in the community, improving the lives of our clients!

Your Role:
As a Caregiver, your day-to-day will include:

Companion Care: Helping with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation.
Personal Care: Assisting with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and transfers.
Building Connections: Spending quality time with clients, joining them for social activities, appointments, and errands.
Professional Care: Communicating clearly, staying organized, and always maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor.

We’re Looking For You If:

You have at least 1 year of senior care experience (preferred).
You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (required)
Proof of Vehicle insurance and registration (required)
You have a clear TB test (within the past 3 months).
You’re ready to pass a background check. (required)
You’re fluent in English and can communicate clearly with clients and team members. (required)
