Competitive, Fair Pay

Caregiver Responsibilities May Include:

Offering companionship and meaningful conversation

Meal preparation and serving

Assistance with grooming and bathing

Light housekeeping and laundry

Running errands and transportation

Other supportive tasks as needed

We’re Looking For Candidates Who:

Have prior caregiving experience (preferred, but not required)

Are passionate about making a difference

Are dependable, attentive, and genuinely kind

Possess excellent communication skills and follow instructions well

Can handle the physical and emotional aspects of caregiving with professionalism and empathy

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

FirstLight hires Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, Care Coordinators, Companion Care and Personal Care Assistants who have a genuine desire to enrich the lives of others and help them have their best day, every day. Our professional caregivers provide safety, comfort and companionship for adults who need support. But we do more than make a meal or help with mobility. We establish meaningful relationships built on trust and respect.
