As a Home Instead Caregiver, your kindness, patience, and reliability will bring comfort, dignity, and joy to seniors in your community. You’ll help people stay safe and independent in their homes—where they want to be most.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, and light housekeeping


• Provide medication reminders and support clients with memory care


• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and your care team


• Follow personalized care plans


• Ensure a safe and positive environment


• Must be able to lift 25 lbs

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Experience: Personal or professional caregiving experience preferred


• 
  Empathy & Patience: A heart for helping others


• 
  Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills


• 
  Reliability: On time, organized, and trustworthy


• 
  Transportation: Ability to travel up to 15 miles one way


• 
  Flexibility & Respect: Able to adapt to different client environments with dignity


• 
  Willingness to consent to safety devices (including potential smart care device)
