Caregiver

Pay Rate: $ 15 per hour

AbaCares Services is looking for compassionate Caregivers for our clients in Lykens, PA. The Caregiver will :

• provide personal hygiene assistance for our clients by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating


• Help with meal preparation


• Run errands for our client


• perform housekeeping duties


• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Qualifications

• 
  
  Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  
  


• 
  
  Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations

  Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

  Available to work different shifts, including weekends

  Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment

  Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

  High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
