Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Ecorse, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote their well-being.


• Help clients manage medication schedules and appointments as needed.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in the client’s home.


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.


• Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.


• Must pass background checks
