Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Waldenburg, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This role requires empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a respectful and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to prescribed treatment plans.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' well-being and comfort.


• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment.


• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Be able to pass a background check without an issue.


• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.


• Must pass background check and comply with all regulatory requirements.
