Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home support to our clients in Pontiac, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.


• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed.


• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.


• Medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to pass background checks.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.


• Be able to work independently.
