Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality home care services to clients in Redford Charter Township, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment


• Administer medication reminders and monitor client’s health conditions


• Document care provided and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisors


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes


• Ability to pass background checks
