Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in Hartland, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in the privacy of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals


• Follow care plans developed by healthcare providers


• Assist with medication reminders and accompany them to appointments if needed 

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families


• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic


• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred but not necessary 


• Pass background checks and relevant certifications as necessary
