Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Milan, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping to improve their quality of life and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a safe environment


• Administer medication reminders as directed


• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Previous care-giving experience is an asset but not required


• Ability to pass background and reference checks


• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs
