What You'll Be Doing

As a caregiver at The Cottages, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

  
  


• 
  

  Providing medication assistance as trained and authorized

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting residents with walking, mobility, and daily activities

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing and serving home-cooked meals

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring resident safety and well-being

  
  


• 
  

  Building meaningful relationships through conversation, companionship, and activities

  
  


• 
  

  Working together with your team to create a positive, welcoming home for our residents

Job Requirements

  Must be at least 17 years of age

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

  Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and resident care plans

  Successful completion of required criminal background screening

  
  


• 
  

  Successful completion of a post-offer drug screening

  
  


• 
  

  A genuine desire to provide compassionate, quality care
