Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Woodhaven, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with medication reminders and monitor clients’ health status.


• Perform light housekeeping and errands to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure optimal care.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.


• Must pass background checks and drug screening as required.


• Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.
