Caregiver Aide

Join University Home Care Inc as a a Caregiver Aide providing compassionate support to clients in Ypsilanti, MI. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Provide mobility support and help with exercises as directed


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Monitor client health and report any changes to healthcare professionals


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients


• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving or related field is a plus, but not required.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
