About the Job
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who can also handle administrative tasks. This is a hybrid/dual role where you will spend time both in the office (scheduling, organizing, communicating) and in the field (providing care for clients).

What You’ll Do
Caregiving (Field Work):
- Help clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
- Prepare meals, give medication reminders, light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments when needed.
Administrative (Office Work):
- Schedule shifts, handle time-off requests, and cover last-minute call-outs.
- Be available on-call during weekends for emergencies.
- Keep records and update care notes.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and use scheduling software.
- Track mileage for reimbursement.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years caregiving experience (home care, facility, or similar).
- Some administrative/scheduling experience.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, email).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation (required).
Bilingual (Spanish-English) – a plus.
CPR certified – a plus.
