Caregiver - Autism experience REQUIRED

We’re looking for experienced caregivers who can provide thoughtful, consistent care to individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities, including autism and related conditions. You’ll help create a safe and enriching environment that promotes independence, dignity, and joy. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care routines 
• Provide emotional and behavioral support tailored to each individual’s needs 
• Engage clients in structured activities, both therapeutic and recreational 
• Encourage communication, social interaction, and skill development 
• Monitor overall well-being and document observations and progress 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• ABA training or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in developmental disabilities or human services is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset 
• Experience with autism or non-verbal individuals is a strong plus 

• At least 18 years old 
• 1–2 years of relevant caregiving experience required 
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray, per state health regulations 
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. 
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration  

• $20–$25/hr – Weekly Pay
