At Open Arms Solutions, we help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes—and we’re looking for compassionate caregivers to serve clients in Deerfield, IL and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, personalized care to seniors in the comfort of their homes. Your role will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)


• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation


• Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation


• Offering medication reminders


• Running errands or driving clients to appointments (when needed)


• Documenting care updates using a mobile app

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (within the last 2 years)


• Valid Driver’s License or State ID


• Reliable and compassionate personality


• Smartphone for communication and documentation


• Ability to pass a background check
