Job Description - Caregiver for Disabled Client in Boxford

GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES Hiring Immediately

Client with Traumatic Brain Injury is in need of a caring and engaging caregiver to interact with client, assist with personal care as needed, mostly companionship and engaging in different activities.

Schedule:
Mon,Tues,Thurs 10a-4p Wed 12p-8p & Saturdays 1p-8p 38hours a week

Qualifications:

Have Own Vehicle is preferred but not required
Valid Driver's License
Training available upon hire.
Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Traumatic Brain Injury Experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
Assist client with personal care and hygiene
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
Assist with shopping errands
Perform light housekeeping duties
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Report any unusual incidents
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
