24/7 in Longmeadow. Dad unsteady due to Bp issues, fell and was in hospital. Mom has a pelvic stress fracture from trying to catch dad from falling. Both alert, ambulatory, receiving PT and need assist with ADL's, opening door for nurses, light housekeeping, laundry, BP checks, med reminders and meal prep. They definitely need the care if or until there strength improves.
All shifts available. Kids are back to school so it's time to get back to work while they're in school.

Basic job requirements include:
- Current US driver’s license
- Car
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong ability to read, write, and speak English, including:
- Read ADLs and personal care instructions
- Communicate verbally with clients and families
- Write shift notes to update the family, office, and other caregivers
- Punctuality and reliability
- Compassionate and caring heart
- Patience and willingness to learn new skills
*Certifications are welcome (CNA, HHA, etc.) but not required. We do offer training and mentorship programs to new caregivers.
