Caregiver for Seniors

We are seeking a reliable caregiver to assist the elderly with their daily tasks in a unique manner. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong dedication to supporting those in need, a sincere concern for the elderly, and empathy.

Responsibilities include:

- Helping seniors with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

- Addressing the individual needs of each senior with care and consideration.

- Ensuring meals and snacks meet dietary guidelines and providing medication as prescribed.

- Assisting with transfers and mobility as required.

- Monitoring the health of the elderly and reporting any changes to the appropriate individuals.

- Encouraging participation in community activities to enhance well-being.

- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the seniors.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar caregiving role is preferred.

- Compassionate and patient attitude towards helping others.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with seniors.

- Ability to remain composed and provide care in challenging situations.

- Knowledge of care standards and protocols.

- First aid and CPR certification is advantageous.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
