Meaningful Daytime Care | Cooking, Companionship & Light Personal Care

Location: Holy Cross, New Vienna, Guttenberg and Edgewood Territories 
Schedule: Daytime shifts, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, seven-day coverage needed, evening shifts from 5pm to 9pm
Hours: Full-time and part-time availability considered based on staffing needs

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour

What You'll Do

  Prepare and cook meals based on client preferences.

  Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation.

  Give medication reminders according to the care plan.

  Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide light personal care, including shower supervision.

  
  


• 
  

  Respect established household routines and client independence.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate care updates and complete accurate shift documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Dependable attendance and punctuality, including early morning starts.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and current auto insurance.

  Comfort driving to a rural location and providing transportation.

  
  


• 
  

  Confidence with everyday cooking and meal preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort providing light personal care and shower supervision.

  
  


• 
  

  A warm, respectful, patient approach to older adults.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and willingness to follow an individualized care plan.

  
  

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
