We’re looking for compassionate and reliable CNAs to join our care team. Our highest need is for Weekend and Overnight (NOC) shifts, and we reward this dedication with an extra $1.50/hour weekend pay incentive.

Priority Shifts:

• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Weekday Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Overnight (NOC): 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, 7 days/week

Your Role:
As a CNA/HCA, you’ll support clients with daily needs, helping them live safely and comfortably. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Supporting mobility and safe transfers

• Monitoring and reporting health changes

• Taking and recording vital signs

• Meal prep, feeding, and hydration support

• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Following care plans and maintaining documentation

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification preferred

• Experience in home care, long-term care, or healthcare settings preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assist with physical mobility and light lifting

• Must pass background check and provide references
