Caregiver in Southfield

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Southfield, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.


• Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.


• Administer medications as directed and monitor clients' health conditions.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervision.


• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are a plus.


• Willingness to undergo background checks  as required.
