This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with older adults and helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence at home.

Your Role

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized, non-medical assistance based on the needs and routines of each client.

Typical duties may include:

  Helping clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and restroom needs

  Supporting safe movement and transfers around the home

  
  


• 
  

  Offering companionship and conversation

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing meals and encouraging proper fluid intake

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting with household chores, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space

  
  


• 
  

  Providing medication prompts and reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, and other activities

  
  


• 
  

  Keeping the care team informed of changes in the client’s condition or daily routine

What You’ll Need

• 
  

  At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the past 2 years

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable transportation and the ability to travel between client homes

  
  


• 
  

  Current Driver’s License or State ID

  
  


• 
  

  Smartphone for work-related communication and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Must be 18+

  
  


• 
  

  Legally permitted to work in the United States

  Successful completion of a background screening
